About Me

My name is Sarah-Jane Rogers and I have been teaching Yoga since 1997 and qualified as a British Wheel Of Yoga teacher in 2001. I have been lucky to study with a number of different teachers over the years and have had experience of a variety of Yoga Schools. My style of teaching is mainly influenced by the Viniyoga tradition. I aim to deliver interesting and structured lessons that allow my students to develop, grow and improve.
In addition to my Yoga Teaching I am also a qualified First Aider and Holistic Body Therapist, qualified to practice Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Body Massage and Reflexology
Class Guidelines

Wear loose comfortable and layered clothing so you can move freely.

Bring a yoga mat, yoga block, blanket and water.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class to allow time to get settled.

Never practise yoga on a full stomach - allow 3 hours after a large meal.

Please turn off your phone before the class starts.

The
Happy Wanderers Walking Group
The Happy Wanderers group was founded in November 2017 with just a handful of walkers, we now have 17 members and growing.
If you have been thinking about getting fit, enjoy walking & do not like to walk on your own then why not join us? We are a friendly lot & not only love walking, we love a good old chat whilst doing it.

Walking with a group can make you feel safer & more confident & walking is the closest thing to a perfect exercise.
We meet every 2nd & 4th Monday of the month and all walks are held within easy driving distance of Stamford.

I aim to keep the classes as affordable as possible, however, I have a number of overheads that must be paid regardless of numbers attending. Therefore refunds/credits will only be available if the class is cancelled by myself or the venue management. Refunds for missed classes are not possible.

If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, please contact me well in advance. If numbers allow you may be able to attend a class on a different day.

Classes are only open to adults (male & female) over the age of 18.

​To secure your attendance, payment should be made before the beginning of each term.
